Information needed from our clients to get an accurate estimate together.

All content will be supplied by the business client unless other arrangements are made for our writers to produce content.All content articles will be reviewed by our editor for proper grammar and spelling. Questions below are required for a website to be developed. 

FIRST-How many top MENU buttons would you need?

i.e. Home, Contact, Schedule, Services, Hours, etc. Creating a menu tree starting with the menu title, category, and then on to the article for this specific menu.
  1. Business Logo (we are graphic designers if a new or updated professional business logo is needed.)
  2. Photos (image of the business front, staff, services and any other images to be included into the site. Maybe a few professional images of your business members consulting a client, selling or making services.)
  3. Other Images (optional- you may want to list license and certificates.)
  4. Send example Sites you like (include a few websites you are interested in as far as layout and look overall. In no way would it be the same, just a visual guide of what you may have in mind.)
We are experienced enough to have a pretty good idea of what most clients like or want in a professional user friendly website. After development you will be able to change the content within your site on your own, similar to changing a Facebook profile. The website will have a full editor similar to word document making changes fairly easy. Changes can be made on the go from the front end of the website or the administrator's back end. 

I'll list a few things my work will include with the design and development below 1-6.

  1. SEO  Search Engine Optimization (Without SEO it's extremely hard to be found online. You will be able to update the SEO within the site on your own.)
  2. Search Engine Registration, Bing & Google.
  3. Google, Bing, Yahoo Business Place registration
  4. Google Analytic (allows you to monitor website traffic from each person, city, state, helps with marketing effectiveness.)
  5. Unlimited Business emails (i.e This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , professional emails)
  6. Facebook Business Fan Page
  7. Google Adwords (I can offer a $105 FREE start up for online marketing as a Google Engaged company. This allows my clients to try online marketing before self investment. Great way to monitor ROI for all advertisements.)


Website Budget (after initial cost to build the website you will still require yearly fees regardless of the developer you use. Outlined below are these average additional cost. This is to be used as a basic suggested retail cost guide and we are not held responsible of any services not associated with our business.)

  • Hosting $9.99-$36.99 month (Dedicated Server)
  • Domain Renewal Yearly $9.99-39.99 Depending on purchase company.
  • Website Design-FREE estimate for any new or redesign website. This is a one time fee and you own the website.
  • CMS Security Updates (roughly 1-3 updates per year @ an average of $35 each)
  • Dedicated IP (needed for most e-Commerce website's)

TUESDAY; Complete Website and Database backups are performed weekly. Let us know if you have made significant changes and need your site backed up.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY; are days our content and image updates are performed. Please send us a digital request of any updates are needed.

DAILY; Social Media, graphic updates and article creation take place daily upon clients request.
