Registering a user is very easy. When you log into your website using http://www.yourdomain.com/administrator/index.php you will land on the Control Panel.

1. Click on USER MANAGER icon in the center of control panel.
2. Click on the green circle + that says NEW. This will initiate a new user form.
3. Enter information of user including Name, Username, Password, Email, and then click save at the top right of the page. You can see in the image you do not have to change any of eh parameters on the right. After you register the new user they will receive an email to the email registered with Username and Password automatically.

When input is complete select SAVE
